Tropical Cyclone Christine has been upgraded to a Category 3 cyclone for the Pilbara coastline. The region between Port Headland and Karatha is in the direct path of the tropical cyclone.

TC Christine has managed to pass directly over an Automatic Weather Station at Roebourne giving us a graphical image of the eye wall of a category 3 tropical cyclone!
