The Bureau of Meteorology has just issued a severe weather warning for the Central Coast. This was in response to Gosford getting 65mm in one hour. The dense region of rainfall is slowly contracting northwards. This is all associated with a slow moving upper trough and you can see on radar a surface low has developed.

We have had rain during the night and it relaitvely steady and has remained consistent for the last few hours.
