The weather has turned showery so it's not much good for the tourists who just want beach weather. A developing low off the QLD coast is certainly going to keep the wet and windy weather persisting. The upper trough which helped trigger storms over central eastern NSW yesterday arrived up here early am today. It certainly enhanced the shower activity with 52mm falling - mostly between 4 and 7am.
