Hi Jimmy - boy time flies when there is nothing to report !

We had a couple of warm days the previous weekend with a shock 36C on Sat 23rd Feb, before a southerly late morning brought things back to normal - well 'normal' for this season which has been dominated by Autumn patterns. Overnight mins have been about average but daytime maxes have been well below normal due to so much cloud and rain.

I have to say the rainfall in total has not been exceptional (about 650mm YTD) but the number of raindays has been getting a tiresome - especially as it has knocked out any chances of thunderstorms. Not one lightning photo this year yet !  Hard to say what the rest of this season will be like - just hoping for more variation.
