Is this spring or autumn (fall)? A contrast between the deciduous trees - should all be green but the prolonged drought is causing stress amongst trees to the point of shedding leaves! I have noticed the native gum trees also shedding large twigs!

I mentioned this to leanne the other day. if you look carefully trees everywhere are struggling now. really need a good 30-40mm.
Same up here in the Top End, first time the huge river gums have totally lost their leaves all in sync. The water table is very low with back to back poor wets but prolonged high temps too
Just lucky I’ve only got a small yard lol
