I know it seems obsessive, but I have managed to lose weight and lower blood pressure out of the extreme high risk zone. Still a ways to go. Hopefully I will get my weight down to 60 to 62kg and that will have an impact on the rest of the blood pressure. Having said that I am so annoyed at the culture of food companies placing high amounts of sugar and in some cases salts in foods. There is very little on the shelf that can be useful in terms of health. Labelling is also very misleading in terms...
