That 200 CAPE managed to produced some weak cells that became lightning active SE of Evans Heads. Some other activity tried to develop right here but only some showers and no more thunderstorm activity. Was plenty of energy with 33/20 but other things not too good. It took all day for the cloud band to get here and is of course persisting this morning with some rain spits about.
