Hi Jimmy, La Nina continues to influence the weather. This has resulted in a season that is probably what you would expect from this overall pattern - lots of moisture over the country with plenty of inland storms and rain - and plenty of onshore flow in coastal parts. The odd major thunderstorm event has at least kept up the interest but otherwise the storm chasing has been limited.  I don't think we've had a proper La Nina since access to online computer models.
